About The Authors

Steven Driscoll, the author of "Loan Officer's Handbook to Success" and "The Loan Officer's FHA Loan Manual," is currently a Senior Loan Officer for a residential mortgage company in Spokane, Washington. Since entering the mortgage lending business in 1995 he has been a mortgage branch manager, trained new loan officers, and has given presentations on residential mortgage loan products and services. Prior to mortgage lending, he was an internal consultant for banks and savings and loans in the San Francisco and San Diego, California areas where he gave training seminars on operations analysis and productivity improvement. He received his Bachelors of Science degree, from San Francisco State University in Banking, and MBA degree in Organizational Development from National University in San Diego, California. He has always enjoyed giving training to groups and individuals and derives a great deal of satisfaction from providing the training they need to enhance their ability to succeed at work and in their career.

Jeff Polonsky, the author of "How to make Million$ in the Mortgage Business" has been working successfully in the mortgage business for over 6 years in the Pacific Northwest. He is currently a senior loan officer with National Mortgage Company and has been the primary trainer for successful loan officers in several states with proven results. Jeff has been successful in helping many loan officers dramatically increase their production. Over the years, his techniques have helped others go from an unmentionable net worth to seven figures. He has always taken great pride in helping other people reach there goals while striving to hit his own.
