Viewing Your eBook
To open your secure eBook, you will need an access code, which you may request after the purchase process. Your access code will be sent to the email address you specify.

- After your access code request, you will be taken to a page to download your secure eBook. Follow the instructions on that page to save a copy of the eBook to your hard drive.
- Once the eBook is downloaded, make sure you are still connected to the Internet, and double-click on it to open.
- Enter your access code to authorize the eBook. Once the eBook has been authorized, it will open in Adobe Acrobat, and may only be viewed on that computer.
- You may only use your access code to view the eBook on one computer. You may request one additional access code if you have another computer. Beyond that, please purchase another license to view on other computers.
Printing
Once your eBook is authroized and it opens in Adobe Acrobat, you may print a hard copy if you wish. You will not be able to save the file as a PDF however, to prevent unauthorized access.
Troubleshooting
The eBook is in PDF format - and required the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you receive an error message when opening your eBook:
- Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat installed by downloading and installing it from the above link.
- You will need to be connected to the Internet while authorizing the eBook, and your firewall must allow the application to connect to the Internet.
- Try rebooting your computer.
- You may only use your access code to view the eBook on one computer. You may request one additional access code if you have another computer. Beyond that, please purchase additional licenses to view on other computers.
- If that doesn't work, you may contact support.
If you did not receive an access code after filling out the access code request form:
- Check your spam filter, the access code e-mail might have been accidentally marked as spam and deleted.
